1. All materials, including images, messages, and other communications contained on this website are NOT intended to be 'Adult Material' and do not intentionally violate any community standards or and Federal, State, or Local laws or regulation of the United States or any other country to the best of our knowledge. However, as with any website and it's accompanying Agreement, persons under the age of 18 are advised to obtain parental permission first before entering or viewing the website's contents. You hereby acknowledge that materials presented on this website and its downloadable contents are of young models posing in various fashions and locations. You also acknowledge that you are familiar with materials of this kind and that you are not offended by such materials. You hereby further affirm and warrant that you are currently over the age of 18 years and are capable of lawfully entering into this Agreement.

2. Fees are charged for the use of this website and for purchases of products advertised for sale herein. All fees are clearly indicated to the user on each item before purchase. There are no refunds on any of the products or services offered on this website. In the event you have purchased a defective item or product or if the website is inaccessible for a period of time during your subscription, the item or product will be replaced or your subscription time extended to compensate for the lost website access.

3. Subscriptions may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform the website operator (click on the ADMIN button to contact) of apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until we are notified, by conventional mail, electronic mail, or web site form, of a breach in security, the Customer will remain liable for any unauthorized use of their password or ID. Any shared passwords will be immediately deactivated without refund. One proxy is allowed per user login. Use of multiple proxies may result in blocking of the login. Maximum download is 1GB/day per account. Overlimit accounts are blocked for 24 hours.

4. Recurring (automatically renewing) subscriptions will be charged to the Customer's account at the end of each subscription period without notice and may be cancelled at any time by us or the Customer upon notification by e-mail, postal mail, telephone, fax, or by choosing the appropriate option on the website. Unless a subscription is cancelled by us for violations of this Agreement or password loss or theft, it will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

5. We do not fully screen all indirectly-linked websites accessible through link-lists on our Links page. Customers are therefore advised to use their own judgment to evaluate all third-party communications available indirectly through the use of the Links page prior to purchasing goods and/or services, engaging in discussions, viewing content, or following hyperlinks to other websites. Any links to obscene or illegal content should be reported to our webmaster (click on the ADMIN button to contact).

6. All materials included on this website are for the private use by our Customers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited without express and advance written permission from this site's webmaster (click on the ADMIN button to contact).

Customer agrees not to post any defamatory, deliberately inaccurate, abusive, threatening, offensive, or illegal material to this website, any related website, or in any communication to us in any format. Transmission of such material or any material that violates any Federal, State, or Local law in the United States or anywhere else in the world, is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement entitling us to immediately terminate all rights to website access. You agree that you have hereby been informed and notified that any and all messages and other communications which you submit to to this website directly can be read by the operators and/or other agents, whether or not they are the intended recipient(s)

You agree to indemnify this website, its officers, directors, assigns, employees, agents, distributors, affiliates, webmasters, and internet service providers, from all and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any of the Agreements, representations, and warranties set forth in this Terms of Use.

Customers who sign-up, download, and then ask for a refund, whether via credit-card chargeback or cancelled check transactions, will be listed in our and other website operators' blacklists or "deadbeats" lists, which may include publishing of name and other details pertaining to the individual. Revokes and chargebacks will be considered theft and treated as fraud. Any such actions will be investigated and may result in a legal claim for damages or criminal charges. All sales are final--There are no refunds on any of the products or services offered on this website. Customers who have a problem or concern should immediately contact the webmaster

11. Purchasing any service or product from this website constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these fees and terms, do not purchase from nor visit this website.

We do not provide for returns of digital goods once they are received by the customer. Refunds for unused memberships may be given within 24 hours - please contact us immediately. It is also our policy is that we refund if there are technical reasons that you cannot access the site.

We provide many samples of what our content is. We are up front that this is a legal non-nude modelling site. We state in the user agreement that you agreed to that this is such a modeling site. All images and zips are downloadable directly from the site.

All transactions are in Euros.

We will not sell / trade / distribute your information unless required by law. We do send out periodic emails to our supporters. We do not delete our records, but we can remove you from our email list if you request.

You agree that all the images that are contained on this site are the property of Model Dream Girl (MDG). As such you agree not to trade, post, email, modify, or give any images or information on this site. In addition you will not trade, give or lend your login or password to others.

You are purchasing the right to view these images. No other rights are implied nor granted.

If we find that you are in violation of any of these agreed to terms you will have you account locked with no refund. If due to your carelessness in any of these agreed to terms occur your account will be locked with no refund.

If you opt to try and charge back or reverse charges, your name, credit card and IP will be locked and banned from this and any future sites. And remember you are paying for access to the site and access to the content. YOU ARE NOT paying for any rights implied or granted to use of the images or content.

Any attempt to fraud or steal images, funds or revenue from us or this site will also be in violation of this site and you account will be locked and your IP banned with no refund.
